That means we increase efficiency with haste. I have not counted the total number of haste bonuses in the skill tree so i can't give the calculations for it, but having a lot of haste means more clicks WITHOUT increasing the energy cost. We know that Flurry makes haste increase the number of clicks in MultiClick by the percentage of haste you have.
